One Time Start Up Fee - Initial Video Analysis and Program Design 

  • 30 minute initial consult call / facetime
  • Includes personalized functional movement video analysis
  • Explanation of results of video movement analysis discussing movement compensations and inefficiencies
  • Personalized soft tissue mobility program
  • Personalized corrective stretching and corrective core program
  • Energy system training profile, submax VO2 test/HR training zones (if needed)

Advanced Online Performance Coaching 

  • Customized phasic programming every 4-6 weeks
  • Program tweaks (progression/regressions) during each 4 week phase
  • Daily and weekly progress monitored online through app dashboard
  • Unlimited troubleshooting, support and questions answered through the messaging app on trainerize
  • Updated movement screen protocols every 3 months
  • Healthy behavior and lifestyle coaching
  • 1x30 minute coaching call per month or 2x15 minute coaching calls per month
  • Exercise technique analysis through video up to 4x month
