Payment/Package Options

Trainer Raynor is pleased to offer you three convenient options for payment: single sessions, pay in full (available in one, three or six month commitments), or automatic monthly debit (available in one, three, or six month commitments). Discounts are offered for longer commitments. 

For one on one private coaching, choose between 60 or 90 minute sessions. 

Semi-private coaching is available for groups of 2-4 people.

Your first session starts off with a health history discussion. Together we will find out where you are so we can take you where you want to go. We find that getting all of that info upfront helps us create the most customized training program. Then we will further delve into your goals and what it's going to take to achieve them. 

After health history, it's the assessment phase. This enables our team to discern what your current level of fitness is. 

Assessments include:

  • Functional Movement Screening
  • Cardiovascular Analysis
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Postural Analysis

The data collected in these assessments is essentially the roadmap to all of our training together!

Trainer Raynor customizes all of our training protocols to our clients based on data collection and top research in the field of strength, conditioning and rehabilitation. We work through periodized phasic progressions where movement governs all advancement. If you cannot move well through an exercise we will not progress the complexity of programming. Expect to learn how to master your body and have fun while challenging yourself! Our passion is watching clients excel and live the type of healthy lifestyle they never dreamed was possible.
