The first phase of the Trainer Raynor movement philosophy addresses the understanding that most new clients arrive in a state of dysfunction, meaning that the client is usually exhibiting inflammatory pain and is not using their body efficiently. This is often caused by improper mechanics in daily activities an imbalanced training routine and high levels of oxidative stress from living a highly leveraged lifestyle.
